15 Photos To Showcase The Rugged Beauty of Iceland

When you pair the unmatched natural beauty with the endless opportunity for adventure, it’s no surprise that Iceland is one of the world’s most popular travel destinations. I traveled there by myself in April and was very quick to fall in love with all of the views around me. It felt like I had fallen into a National Geographic magazine or something! Here are some of my favorite photos to showcase the rugged beauty of Iceland, but it all looks much better in person so be sure to add it to your bucket list! (Wow Air has been having some great flight deals lately – hint hint). If you are interested in visiting, I’ve linked a couple of my posts with more information at the bottom of this. Enjoy!

Yes they certainly can – Iceland is a great place for watching the Northern Lights. I didn’t see them while I was there because I visited in April though and stayed in Reykjavik.
